General Design & Structure

The unit is constructed with a wide, low-profile rectangular steel frame featuring beveled front edges and upward-curved side wings to extend its effective working width. The central upper area incorporates a rotating roller assembly, supported by a shaft driven at both ends by vertical hydraulic motors. Numerous reinforcement ribs are arranged across the midsection to provide added structural rigidity. The primary coating is a matte black finish, with functional metal elements such as roller shafts and hydraulic connections appearing in silver-gray or metallic tones.

Hydraulic System Layout

A dual-hose hydraulic configuration is employed, utilizing heavy-duty high-pressure hoses (supply and return) connected at the rear center via industrial-grade fittings. These hoses feed an internal circuit that powers the central roller and potentially other integrated functions. The system is engineered for high-pressure operation, evident in the robust hose construction and industrial fittings.

Detailed Construction Features

• Materials & Fabrication: The main body is formed from thick steel plate, with the front edge and side wings shaped through cutting and bending. The central roller is supported by heavy-duty bearings within reinforced housing brackets.

• Reinforcement Design: A grid pattern of vertical and horizontal ribs is welded to the rear plate to prevent deflection under load. Internal gussets or rib plates further strengthen the wing sections.

• Mounting & Connections: A substantial hinged mounting bracket with dual parallel pivot pins is located at the top center for attachment to carrier equipment. Hydraulic lines are routed along the left side and secured with clamps to prevent interference.

• Surface Finish: The main structure is coated with a durable, wear-resistant matte black paint. Functional components such as the roller and hydraulic fittings are either plated or left in raw metal for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance.
