Main Structure
Adopts an integrally cast irregular hexahedral structure with length-to-width-to-height ratio of approximately 3:2:1.5, featuring an industrial-grade matte black coating on the surface.Component edges are treated with R5 rounded corners, eliminating sharp edges and corners to comply with construction machinery safety standards.
Functional Component Layout
he top is equipped with two sets of 25mm diameter chrome-plated locking columns arranged side by side, with anti-slip textures of 0.2mm depth visible on the column surfaces.
Four sets of M16 standard mounting holes are symmetrically distributed in the middle section, with hole spacing adhering to the 92±0.5mm international quick-coupler interface standard.
A dovetail-type guide groove, 45mm wide, is provided at the bottom, with three depth scale markings (unit: mm) visible inside the groove.
