Product Introduction

This heavy-duty hydraulic grapple attachment is designed for efficient handling of bulk and irregular materials in construction, forestry, scrap processing, and agricultural applications. Featuring a robust, all-steel construction with a black protective coating, the attachment combines durability with practical functionality. Its basket-like parallel bar design ensures secure retention of loose materials while allowing debris to sift through when needed. The two-point connection system ensures a secure and stable linkage to compatible loaders, excavators, or skid steers.

• Overall Construction

Adopts an integrally welded box structure with overall dimensions of approximately 800×600×400mm (width × height × thickness).

The body is formed from Q550 high-strength steel plate through laser cutting, with critical sections reaching a plate thickness of 20mm.

The surface is treated with sandblasting for rust removal, followed by a two-layer protective coating of zinc-rich epoxy primer and polyurethane topcoat, achieving a dry film thickness of ≥120μm.

• Gripping Mechanism Design

Equipped with 4 curved gripping fingers, each with a length of 450mm and an adjustable opening range of 300–1200mm.

The tips of the fingers are embedded with replaceable Hardox 500 wear-resistant teeth (tooth height: 60mm, single-tooth load capacity ≥200kg).

Hinge joints utilize 42CrMo alloy steel pins, treated with high-frequency surface quenching (hardness HRC 58–62).

• Hydraulic System Configuration

Incorporates 2 sets of double-acting hydraulic cylinders (cylinder bore: 80mm, rod diameter: 45mm, stroke: 350mm).

Operating pressure ranges from 16–25MPa, with a maximum gripping force reaching 8.5 tons.

Inlet and outlet ports are fitted with German standard DIN quick-release couplings, featuring self-locking and anti-disconnection designs.
